Dr. Turner was very friendly and easy to talk to. During the actual exam, she was much quicker and more gentle than my previous OB/GYN. Great experience overall!

I was recently seen by Dr. Turner after scheduling a same day appointment for a pretty serious medical problem. It was my first time being seen at this office by this provider and it will absolutely be my last time going back to this facility as well. There was no patient paperwork to fill out prior to my appointment. Once I was taken back to the room, the nurse asked me a couple of broad questions and she scrawled my answers on the back of a piece of paper. The nurse was not friendly at all and did not seem to care about any of my concerns. She had a very, very poor bedside manner and I did not feel a sense of trustworthiness or kindness from her whatsoever. Dr. Turner had a nice bedside manner. She seemed very kind and caring however in terms of actually addressing my medical concerns, I felt a severe lack of knowledge. After speaking with her, it was difficult to believe that she even had a medical degree. Her answers to my questions were something that I could have found on google. In terms of medical knowledge, Dr. Turner was completely unprofessional and she seemed very rushed. She seemed like I was a hindrance to her schedule and she was trying to quickly get on to the next appointment ASAP. Additionally, I drove almost 50 minutes to get to this office for a same day appointment and it was an incredible waste of time and gas and energy. I would HIGHLY consider rethinking scheduling any appointment at this office. I am surprised that they're still open. Absolutely unbelievable experience. Please, save your time and energy and find a different medical facility to get care!! Take my word for it, you DO NOT want to receive medical care here.

Dr. Turner just seems to be super rushed and doesn’t take the time at all to listen and talk with her patients. She isn’t thorough and her entire attitude seems to be like she doesn’t care she just wants to leave the room. She may be fine for a pregnancy without complications that’s totally normal but she not the doctor you need as a new mom or even a mom with a more complicated pregnancy.

Dr. Turner is a wonderful doctor, she has a really fantastic and friendly bedside manner that truly helps put you at ease, which definitely makes the visit a more pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

The nurse Kenzie was super nice, friendly, and professional! Dr. Turner and Dr. Falls are great and walk you through everything they do! Love this place!
