Dr. Yank was very kind and listened to his patients. He never “over-medicated” and took very good care of his patients. I miss him! He moved to NC in April 2020 to be near their grandbabies.

UPDATE: On 06/26/20, I finally found an office that is accepting new patients and scheduled an appointment for earliest date available, 07/23/20. Needless to say, because of what I explained occurred in my first review, I had to decrease my meds to less than ½ of the prescribed amount each day to avoid running out before my appointment with the new doctor. Now I’ve been trying to have my medical records with Dr. Yank released to the office of my new doctor. Today I discovered, because I saw Dr. Yank in the Franklin, TN office at one time, my medical records are in a warehouse somewhere, even though I first began seeing Dr. Yank in the Columbia, TN office & also saw him there from the time he stopped seeing patients in Franklin, TN {a few years ago} until his recent retirement. So, I had to call some guy named Jim & he sent me instructions for obtaining my records, which is to request them on their website & pay $25 to have them pulled from the warehouse & made available to view.

I have been a patient with Dr. Yank for approximately 16 years. He is thoughtful, attentive and has a marvelous sense of humor. If you do not mind the wait (he give ALL his patients the time needed) you will find no better IMHO.

DR Yank Was a life saver for me. He is caring and easy to talk to. He helped me by diagnosing me with severe anxiety and PTSD and also bi polar depression. I had to move away to Kansas City and am moving back to TN and pray that I will be able to see him as my DR again.

I've been a patient of Dr. Yank for nearly a decade. His professional demeanor & experience w/so many of the nuances of the human-mind-,together w/his sharp intellect -make one feel as tho in very capable hands. He created a plan for me to follow & continuing to do so has granted a much better work + home life. His meticulous diagnosis & our lengthy treatment discussions imbibe a self-confidence in my health and well-being which I'd not known before. A great doctor who listens & heals.

Dr. Yank is amazing. I've seen him for years, and would recommend him to anyone. His demeanor is quiet and understated, like Yoda, but he genuinely cares about you, like Yoda, and he will get you where you need to go, like Yoda. Appointments with him generally run about an hour behind schedule, not because he's lazy or disorganized, but because he devotes more time to each patient than is economically in his best interests. Be totally candid, and do everything he tells you to, and your life will improve.
