Back when this place was still middle tennessee women's health group it was wonderful. I went there for years before everything changed. Once the Obgyns and nurses I'd had become familiar with and fond of left, I was hesitant to continue visits here. Some of the staff they have on hand are still wonderful while others are completely rude. I've been experiencing trouble with my insurance and struggling financially which I've expressed numerous times to them only to feel harassed about the amount due the next visit. When I've offered to make the payments I am able to, they refuse to accept any payment less than $75 in person or on the app. To air another grievance, I understand the staff does the best they can but the wait times are not as good as they have been in the past. I see no point in arriving early just to extend my wait time. Once I have delivered my first child, I have every intention of finding a new office.

Ultrasound tech is rude, and don’t know what she is doing. Every appointment last between 5 minutes / 10 minutes and she even “forgets” to give you your ultrasound pictures ! FIND SOMEONE NEW !

What’s the point in having an appointment? I literally have to wait 30-45 minutes for an injection that takes less than 2 minutes every time. And people that get here way after me are being seen first. So sick of this place!

The staff is amazing. I was really nervous about a small procedure i had done and the doctor and nurse were extremely friendly and made sure i felt comfortable. Overall i think they made the experience a lot less scary. I really appreciate these people, i’d give 6 stars if i could

I'm absolutely appalled by the experience I had today. I had scheduled an appointment at 11 to be seen for a yearly check-up. I waited nearly two hours and still wasn't seen! I left because I felt like the staff had absolutely no consideration for my time. I rescheduled my appointment, but after this experience I will hopefully be finding a new women's health doctor for next year. I will absolutely not be recommending anyone to visit at this location unless they'd like to spend a couple hours out of their day waiting to be seen. Totally ridiculous, completely inconsiderate, and the lack of communication from staff was absurd.

Dr Karen Davis is the best ever

Came here for my first pregnancy and will never go back. You are better off transferring to the Franklin office where they have a much friendlier team, are much more knowledgeable, & actually make you feel cared for.

I have always had a great experience here, my midwife is amazing! Sometimes the wait time is long, but everybody is doing their best, and they don't rush you off to see the next person! 10/10 would recommend!

Until today I have always had a good visit here. Until today. I came in for a surgery consult. I sat in my car for 1 and 1/2 hours. Then in a exam room for another 1 and 1/2 hours. I would leave if I didn’t already have invested time. I do not recommend here anymore. I think a doctor with a smaller practice would be better. When it was only Dr Davis, this was a great place

Karen is simply amazing and sweet. I wanted to review just her after my 1 star I gave to the facility itself. She is the BEST person at Vanderbilt Women's Health in Columbia. The rest of the staff tho is another story. I'm changing doctors 21 weeks pregnant with twins bc of the combined issues I've had. I hate they were so hateful and rude bc I was looking forward to Karen delivering my twins! Karen you need your own practice!! You're wayyyy too kind to be surrounded by all these ladies who are obviously miserable in their jobs. I will miss your kind demeanor always and pray my next doctor is as sweet as you!
