Very rude and direspectful. His license definatly should be re-evaluated!!

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone if you read his reviews on the Nashville pain website you will see he is an awful doctor he’s very disrespectful he was extremely rude to my mother and my father they went in there to get some questions answered in regards to getting his Medtronic pump filled and Dr. Yelimelli was very disrespectful in fact he kicked them out of his office because they were questioning what the problem was. Do not go to this doctor!! he does not have your best interest in mind all he cares about is his license he does not care about his patient.

PS. To all who read this . The staff is great and please, please read all negative reviews carefully. Anybody who has been to a pain clinic knows the big NO-NOS. The doctor decides your prognosis and how to help. You can’t demand stuff of fail a test and expect the doctor to be happy about veering from his decisions. So happy to see I am not the only person with a bad review of this dr and Nashville pain and suffering / wellness this is a very unpleasant unprofessional uncaring dr and staff !! The lab makes errors constantly evidenced by other reviews !! Seems to me you should be looking at you lpn staff office staff and your LAB STAFF they make constant errors on your license

I have been going here for 7 plus years. For patients that have a pain pump i am going to offer you a solution that I am currently looking into. The company that delivers our medicine ,AIS, they can come to your house or meet at a clinic for all medtronic services. 18774434006

I've been seeing Dr. Yelameli for several years for chronic pain. I have a pain pump implanted which leaves me with only two options for pain clinics. His Nurse Practitioner doesn't know anything about pain pumps and the other Dr he has that was not only super nice but knowledgeable that I was seeing just quit which put me back in having to see Dr. Yelameli again after a little more than a year break from having to deal with him personally. I see him last week due to excruciating pain, burning, numbness, & tingling I'm having in my neck down my arm to my fingers which he refused to treat. This morning I get a call stating he's now discharging me after miscommunication with his N.P. and lies told him I said which I NEVER said. He has in the past actually even cussed me over a dead battery in my PTM which I used to use to give myself a bolus of pain meds in my pain pump. I've never gotten any relief from any nerve block or epidural unlike previous providers that have since closed

Called me after a month of waiting for a pain pump initial visit on the last day to say he doesnt do them anymore.

Apparently Tennessee doesn't provide true sedation for pain management procedures. For my spinal epiderals he gave me Xanax as a sedative. It did nothing for me. So when I went back for the nerve abalations I skipped the Xanax (why take it if it doesn't work?). He was absolutely rude and unprofessional! The 1st 2 numbing shots weren't bad but the one he did on my right side hurt like haities and I hollered. He started laughing and said come on it was only the numbing shot. I said I hollered cause it hurt and he replied "unbelievable ". He proceeded to burn the nerves and at times it hurt really bad and I swore. He said, if he heard one more swear word ihe would stop the procedure. Totally unprofessional.

A family member of mine who has failed back syndrome, chronic pain after back surgery, went to the pain clinic in Dickson after her physician could no longer prescribe pain medications. She saw Yelimeli. His treatment of her was despicable. He was condescending and devoid of compassion or respect. I am a physician in this town and I have never seen such a personality in the physicians of this community. The drug requested was a very mild pain management drug that enables the patient to remain functional. Yet the scrutiny this doctor directed toward her was what you might apply when patients are asking for heavier drugs. A person like Yelimeli has no business practicing medicine. If you cannot be kind you should not be in this field. Patients are now at the mercy of pain clinics because the government has made it impossible for physicians to prescribe. Patients in Dickson now MUST go to physicians such as this.

I have never seen such an arrogant, unprofessional, rude person-let alone doctor. He literally YELLED at me because HE couldn’t find files in the computer. At one point he turned the computer around and yelled “do you want to look?!” He didn’t wash his hands, was less than empathetic when he told the my dad to “lay down!” He couldn’t lay down because he’s in a huge amount of pain! Didn’t offer his hand to help him lay down or sit up. We would have walked out, but my dad had to get some pain relief. Needless to say, we are no longer using this “doctor”.
