Dr. Howard in Mt. Pleasant is very good . Dr. Kevin Young Cardiology was great. Every where we have been sent has been kindfriendly and just great. The staff at the cancer center is awesome and so is the staff at all the other places we have been to this last year. Dont let me forget Dr. Richardson and Melanie Durham at the Surgical Clinic. We have been well taken care of this year by great people. Thank You

They send bills without anything on them but an account number . I’m sure we have met our deductible but because this was before we did and I’ve had to wait forever to find out what it’s for I have to pay it ... so that’s money out of my pocket . Still had to call to find out it was from a doctors office .

Takes forever in ER extremely rude and disrespectfuldoesn’t take the time to listen and just about every room in the ER is nasty and please even if you have your allergy bracelet on make sure you ask them what medicine they are about to give youIM SERIOUS MAKE SURE YOU KNOWWHAT THEY ARE GIVING YOU But other than thatThe labor and delivery floor is absolutely amazing

I was a patient at the pain clinic I should say a little bit about my background. I’ve had 10 shock treatments which leaves me with an attention span of a sparrow. I am a disabled veteran considered to be unemployable. I also live 1 12 hour away and someone has to drive me. I could never remember to bring my bottle until I just kept it in my purse. Then I still left my medicine in the 7 day pack at home. They can’t count what they can’t see. I did that a lot. I really really liked NP Gretchen Nelson and her nurse Terri. I would recommend her because she’s very kind compassionate and as understanding as much as she can be under the law.

The Endo doc pushed all my buttons. The neurologist is a joke. I specifically told her I couldnt take a specific medication and she prescribed it anyway

Billing practices suck at this place. Payment should not affect patient care.

This place would be a lot better if they where not so slow. At this office they dont get in any hurry. There is not that many people here.

The front trash can outside has roughb metal peices sticking out from the can and is a liability waitung to happen. As you enter through the front door spider webs and grass are in front windows and caked behind the door handle. The bathroom has several things that are either broken in poor repair and paper towels and sink are hard to reach for handicap and children.
