List of Maury Regional Health's Reviews
I came in for walkin clinic a few months ago and after they got me in I waited over an hour in the patient room. Finally I couldn’t wait any longer. I stepped out of the room and there wasn’t a soul around. So I left.I was in ER a few weeks ago and told to follow up with my primary care Dr Roberts the same week. I called to get appt and they told me it would be 3 weeks before they could get me in. So I waited.Come in for my 330 appt today. I showed up at 315.. now an hour later I’m still waiting in the patient room. They’re in no rush to keep their appointments or get you taken care of.
Love my physician Doctor John Roberts.
i’ve never seen anyone leave this place happy. our first visit was pleasant where we met DR. elizabeth farrell. every visit since has been absolutely rediculous. they will take weeks to fill a prescription for no good reason. and every time they finally get around to writing the script it’s always after 500 PM AFTER CLOSING TIME and there’s always complications something the nurse forgot always something. being after 500 they are closed and leaves you stuck waiting once again another day the parking lot will be nearly empty and you can’t get anywhere speaking with the desk. yesterday came in to a lady balling her eyes out in pain due to waiting on a prescription for too long. don’t bother calling either they never pick up the phone
Been seeing Dr Turner since 1991. Always taken great care of me and anyone I have referred to him. Great guy that will listen to you.
I went there with ridiculously swollen tonsils and problems breathing they shoved a stick into the back of my throat said the test said it might be something like strep prescribed some antibiotics and billed me 150$. It never got better until I went to a different clinic. Thanks.
The ladies at the front desk are AMAZING The staff is a pleasure to deal with and the Providers are the BEST
Good place but every time I try to call it sounds like a fax machine
My Mother was seen today in the walk in clinic by Dr. Turner. She is a heart patient and on oxygen. She was diagnosed by Dr. Turner with a UTI. She was told he would call her in a antibiotic called CIPRO AND DIFLUCAN in case she develops a overgrowth of yeast as she is prone to after completing a antibiotic. My Mother doesnt drive so I go to the pharmacy after I get off work to pick up her 2 prescriptions so we thought. As this is what she was told I arrive at Walgreens and they have only one prescription ready. I questioned Walgreens and spoke to the pharmacy manager on duty to make sure there was no mistake on the pharmacys part. He assured me only diflucan was called in which she doesnt need unless the antibiotic she was suppose to take causes a yeast infection. We assumed the antibiotic was necessary as the DR said it was. And in the past it was important to begin treatment as soon as possible. As my mother has previously been hospitalized for acute kidney failure after a UTI Diagnosis. I called the office after hours and reached a very rude individual that was reluctant to contact anyone in regards to this matter however she did. She called me back and told me DR. TURNER said call the office in the am. The lack of concern for my Mothers health is very disturbing. She is having fever chills and a lot of discomfort. Typically the sooner you begin your antibiotic for an infection the sooner you feel better. I am now questioning the competency of this DR and the entire staff. As this is not the first incident of this nature. I will contact the office tomorrow to try and resolve this issue and hopefully gain a better understanding of how this happened and how to avoid problems like this in the future with this medical practice or any others for that matter. Did my mother misunderstand her diagnosis and treatment? Did she misunderstand the time frame as to when she should start her treatment? Is DIFLUCAN a FDA approved medication for a UTI and not CIPRO? Maybe ... she was suppose to take the DIFLUCAN today and then the CIPRO will be prescribed tomorrow or later? Or maybe my Mother misunderstand the urgency of treatment and its not urgent at all. Im sure there is a logical explanation and there was a misunderstanding on mine or my Mothers part surely. I am confident I will find the answers I am looking for tomorrow after speaking with the office. I am very inquisitive
Great place and people
Been seeing the same Dr. here for 5 years getting the same prescribed medication every month. Then go in one day to be told that he can no longer give me this medication and that i have to go elsewhere because its too much paperwork and to much of a hassle. The place i was referred to gave me the wrong dosage and then told me they couldnt do anything about it until the next month and that they would do the right dosage then. Now i cant even get that place to return a phone call. This has been the biggest pain in the a

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
