List of Maury Regional Health's Reviews
Marissa is the best she answered all my questions and was so kind and helpful.
I posted a couple months ago this place was wonderful an was I ever wronghad some problems that it was all worked outseen a lady named Gretchen an her nusre first talked to me like a kid an said she had to preach to me an then Gretchen comes in an I was treated as if I were a dogtold me I didnt know how to count an take my medicine like I was a childan I had done nothing wrong I was own some weight building powder that messed me up an Vanderbilt found this out I wouldnt let my fog go there after way I was tteated
Well I have been going this clinic for several months the staff is wonderful always has been I want to say my dr that seen me is wonderful I would recommend dr Jack Garrett to anyone
The staff are great I love there service very polite people 🤩
I do not advise to go to this clinic. I went there for 2 months. None of the meds they gave me helped. But the reason I left there was because of the rude staff. I worked in a drs office for 14 years and would never speak to my patients in that manner. Those girls need to be removed from their job or properly trained in kindness
I dont think that they are very professional there I had to have a epidural shot in my back and the doctor or the nurses practitioner did not leave enough information with the insurance company like to say that it kept bothering me and they didnt prove it so I had to go to another doctor
After many years of being a patientNP Reba McCoy suddenly my urine tests wouldnt show my meds were in my system so they would be sent off. When my tests came back it proved ALL my meds were in my system These past 6mths or so it would be like this or 1 of my meds would show up but other wouldnt. Again my urine would be sent off come back proving I was taking my meds. Then the past yr I was getting attitudes Some of those nurses think theyre better than you are areI went to school with 1 of them. She acted as if she didnt know me I wasnt the only patient who was getting treatment like this either. No patient deserves to be treated like this.
Gretchen and Tiffany are the best. Highly professional and they actually care. Roberta Payne
For one on this covid lies. You can not denie entre in to a place because you can not wear a mask. Due to respatory problems. The lady up front was rude. Some of us can not wear the mask and being denied service is against the bylaws of the books because of a mask.
I have NEVER been treated as inhumanely at a physician’s office as this one in my life Would NOT recommend this pain clinic to ANYONE. The staff are very rude won’t let you explain anything without cutting you off the walls are thin and I could hear them talking about me outside the exam room AND they make you feel rushed to get in and get out I don’t know if the appropriate individuals will ever read this review or if it will make a difference. But as a healthcare professional myself I felt it necessary to take time out to write this review. My pain issues are chronic however I just recently underwent a very painful surgery that has put me in EXTREME pain. Despite that pain I kept a daily journal recording exactly when I took my regularly prescribed pain meds by the MRMG Pain Management nurse practitioners verses the ones prescribed to me by my surgeon. That was not sufficient enough at this clinic as they released me as a patient on a contract technicality stating that I needed to have picked up the phone and called the clinic to tell them EACH time I had a prescription filled that was prescribed by my surgeon. The control substance site has a record of the fillings notes from my surgeon were accessible to them via the Maury Regional computer system AND my prescriptions were filled at the Maury Regional Outpatient Pharmacy with a date and time stamp on them. Additionally at my July 6th visit at the MRMG Pain Management Clinic I informed the nurse and nurse practitioner that I had a surgery scheduled on July 14 th there at Maury Regional...AND all of that was not enough Really? What happened to grace for patients in compromised situations? I am and have always been a rule follower. I personally strive to treat my patients no matter what meds they are taking as human beings with feelings. I cannot AT ALL say that about this place My hope and prayer is that for their existing as well as future patients this group will exercise grace and understanding with their patients. After all patients like us who enter their clinic don’t feel good in the first place This entire experience has left me disturbed and very upset all of which does not help with my recovery process from surgery. Now I am left to search for another pain management clinic feeling like I have a red X on my back. Why should I be left feeling upset and fearful that I will now be unable to be seen by another pain management clinic? Furthermore I will most likely have to go to a new clinic that is out of network causing me to have to pay $60 a month per visit Right now that’s a lot of money for me to spend as I am unable to return to work due to recovering from surgery and because of situations secondary to Covid19

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
