Dr. Jenkins was so sweet and very informative. She took her time explaining things to me and made sure I understood what was going on.
Explained everything to me and very helpful with all my questions
I like the people I have been examined by. The only part I have been confused by is that in spite of sharing the same building, the two Organizations seem to duplicate each other in places. The visit I'm evaluating is with Tennessee Oncology, a statewide organization. They are in the same building as Maury Regional Cancer Center, where I got a PET scan.
I had to come here for a PET scan today and my Nuclear medicine technologist, Josh was so amazing and attentive, guiding me through what he was doing as he was doing it, made sure i comfortable throughout my whole stay. I wish there were more people like him who make you feel better about coming to the Cancer Center!! He was awesome
It's such a an attentive place. They realize they are dealing with some people that may be down in spirit a little bit and they try to bring it up. They are so polite and funny but professional. Their angels in disguise.
The staff is wonderful,Professional, caring all around excellent care from, walking in and leading. Thank you all for what you do. I am now Cancer Free 6 years out no return of the big C.

The old lady at the desk when you first enter is rude and has zero manners. This I a place where people should be treated with kindness and compassion, and this women should not be In a position where she has to interact with people.
I've been waiting for them to call me after my referral was sent to them over a week ago. Tried several times to contact them and only get recording and they never call back. When someone is told they need to go to oncologist stress level is high enough with this diagnosis. Just cruel .
This is my first visit at MR Cancer Center since it changed to Tennessee Oncology. My appt. was at 10 am, I was greeted nicely and signed in. They called me in quickly and took my blood for testing, I sat back down in waiting area and quickly was called back to see the ( first was a visit with nurse to update info) NP as my Dr. was on vacation. This quick and organized appointment was a pleasant surprise in the chaos in the past with the nurses before as you were ushered to here and there before you were sat waiting for your Dr. in a room. Many times you could not get a nurse to call you back, I did not get my test results explained. My NP today was friendly and interested and immediately called individuals to get information for my chart. It was a very nice change for me. I am optimistic with my future appointments at the new Tennessee Oncology at the Maury Regional Cancer Center. I still get to see my Dr. that I was seeing throughout my cancer treatment. Five Stars TO !

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
