I got an infection in their operating room.Talked to the patient advocate and all she did was deflect.Nobody at the hospital that has any power will talk to me.

Worst hospital ever. I went to the ER and the Physicians Assistant came into the room and said we cant help you here you need to go to Vanderbilt ER. And then they billed me when no service was provided.Just go straight to Vanderbilt if you need to go to an Emergency Room.

My Mom age 80 was taken to the hospital last night 102021 by ambulance. She has COPD an ulcer and an aneurysm. She arrived at the hospital complaining that her stomach was hurting taken to triage and the PA in emergency told her she was not an emergency plus told my Mom that the primary care she had listed was not her primary and sent her home without an examination. This is crazy. so I guess now unless you have COVID19 or Heart attack you are no longer worth the time and effort it takes to complete a full examination. I realize the hospital is full and the staff is overworked. But this lady begged family to call 911 and take the ride from Hohenwald to Columbia in the middle of the night. Our seniors deserve better.......

Horrible experience doesn’t describe what my family has been through with this facility A lot of the nurses are very rude the doctors will not call you back they released my mother to early and had to call 911 not 11hrs later and they kept her another 2 weeks so they had to have known they were releasing her to early. About 2 months later she stayed 24hrs and they discharged her without any diagnosis nor information on what was wrong with her. I am highly disappointed with the lack of professionalism shown at this facility

Worst billing department ever Watch your bills I am getting a bill for a doctor that I did not see just because he signs off on the PA that I did see. Over $800 is ridiculous just to sign paper I am also still waiting on an itemized statement that I requested on September 8.

I had a kidney stone and everyone in the ER was very kind and helpful. I even got to meet a nice police officer and his dog. Overall great experience.
