For the past 2 years I have been coming here on a monthly basis to get a prescription for my chronic pain. Recently the meds did not seem to be relieving the pain. I let Gretchen know and she changed the meds. They have been horrible and I let her know. Now my son was very sick and he died and at my new appointment I was going to talk to Gretchen to see if his death had anything to do with the meds not working BUT I was handed a letter telling me to leave and not come back! I do not understand this type of treatment. I know that I am old and some people do not care to be around older people but did not think Gretchen was this type of person.
