I went in for what was possibly strep. I was swabbed and the test said positive. But then she came back and said the machine was broken and needed to swab again. So i agreed and the test came back negative. She was sure it was strep so swabbed again and sent it for culture. During this process i was asked the routine COVID questions. I have had covid twice already and positive i was not positive for covid. She was very adamant that i take the covid test. I did not want to it seemed very unnecessary. Feeling like i was being bullied into taking it i agreed.The nurse walked in with the swab ALREADY OPEN and swabbed my nose. Less than 5 minutes later i was told my covid test was negative. It made me very uncomfortable.The whole process was very unprofessional. I have a slight feeling that Dr. Chugani was not being completely honest about something. The rest of the staff was as nice as you can expect from any drs office. I would like to know if anyone else has had a similar experience.
