Very knowledgeable and careful getting to the correct diagnosis - I was surprised more testing was needed to arrive at correct diagnosis but appreciated his concern to reach the correct diagnosis. Answered all my questions re: up coming surgery. Looking forward to procedure.

Dr. Kurkendall gave me my life back. I had suffered with pain for over a year and was about to give up hope of ever feeling good again. Wonderful doctor. Thankful I found him!

Dr. Kuykendall is excellent. - Dr Kuykendall listens to you, clearly explains the issue, then clearly offers options available. Freely discussed pro and con of each option. After discussion he recommends the best avenue to achieve the desired results.

I haven't seen Dr. Kuykendall in a number of years because I have moved out of the area, however, I did want to leave this review. I moved to middle Tennessee back in 1984. I had been having trouble with getting pregnant. Dr. Sam was amazing. I remember he wrote me a prescription for some fertility pills and I never took the first one, I got pregnant. He was and is the most amazing OB/GYN I've ever been to. Years later, 2005, my daughter [the one he delivered by C-section in 1987], got pregnant. He delivered my grandson. He said he was going to have to start a new photo album of "babies of babies I've delivered". He is just the best there is!!! Warm, understanding, thoughtful, a great listener, you name it, Dr. Sam is it!!! If I were to ever move back to the area, I would go back to him. P.S. His office worker, Alfie, she's tops, if she's still there....
