I found Dr. Whitten to be cold and she absolutely gaslit me. I was in pain and when a reason wasn’t found after one exploratory surgery she told me I may need to see a psychiatrist/psychologist. I left crying and haven’t been back to see an OBGYN in nearly 3 years. My pain continued for nearly 3 months before it finally, slowly went away.

Dr. Whitten was my doctor for 4 babies. The dr that was supposed to deliver me was out of town and she was the one on call so I decided to just stick with her. Every experience with her was a quick visit and she never had a great friendly manner to her. Little did I know how AWFUL she was going to treat me with my 4th child. I scheduled a routine check up after having our baby and I had SEVERE post partum and I came to her sharing everything I was going through and she was TERRIBLE to me. She told me she was not *my therapist* and had a rude demeaning attitude towards me. She was in and out and I went into a full blown panic attack after our visit from her feeling so alone and worse after meeting with her. During my 4th pregnancy I was older and more aware of my rights and wants and I said no to some things she was "traditional" about and she was annoyed and frustrated every appointment. I told her I was going into labor and having a ton of pain but she still blew me off. Little did she know.. i was NOT lying and had my baby super quick and early. She looks at patience like another number. DO NOT GO TO THIS WOMAN. SHE IS THE WORST DOCTOR IN THE OFFICE! I HAVEN'T EVER EVER FELT THE NEED TO SHARE A BAD REVIEW BUT I WARN YOU MAMAS. SHE IS NOT THE CAREGIVER YOU NEED. So many after this shared how awful she was to them too. I wish we all could get her licensed pulled for the amount of harm she is doing to these new and pregnant mamas that do not know any better.

I have been seeing Dr. Whitten for several years now and I have to say that she is the best OBGYN I have ever seen. She listens and is very attentive to my needs. I really trust her judgement, which it is big in my book. Trust has to be earned and she has proven herself over and over beyond compare.

I have been seeing Dr. Whitten for at least a year now and I definitely recommend her. I don't usually have a long wait and Dr. Whitten is a great doctor. She is attentive, thorough and easy to talk to. I also think she has a great bed side manor.

When I had my first child, 21 years ago, Dr Whitten was the Dr on call. I was dilated to a 9 upon arriving at the hospital. Dr Whitten stepped in like a champ and delivered my baby. She has been my OBGYN ever since. She sees me as a person with individual needs. I will, and have, recommended her to family and friends. I absolutely love Dr Whitten and trust her fully with all of my OBGYN needs.
