Centerstone's Online Review Report Card

Called the crisis line last night... but half of me is scared to tell them anything because they seem to be more interested in calling emergency services AT THAT SECOND... So i hung up the first couple times... no one called back... so i went to the bathroom and they left a message not to call back.. Real professional

I worked for this company for six years and was harassed and discriminated against by my supervisor. When I complained to HR nothing was done and my supervisor then had me terminated. I should have listened to all of the people who warned me not to work for this company. As a previous employee I can now feel free to let people know that Centerstone the Columbus location does not care about its clients. For them it is all about squeezing as many billable hours out of people as possible. I wont give out names or any specific information here but anyone considering going to this organization for employment or for mental health services please think seriously about it before you do. With Centerstone its all about the money they can squeeze from their clients.

I told was told by my cardiologist I may have only 6 months to live called my therapist told my therapists staff that I really need to make sure he made my appointment because I was having trouble processing and said information therapist blew off appointment resume appointment never signed on and then I got cussed out by staff by undue pressure so Im by myself doing how to deal with the fact that I may only have 6 months to live centerstone is heartless

I have been waiting for an appointment for 2 weeks finally I had an appointment today on May 18th at 400 p.m. with somebody to discuss my substance abuse evaluation and mental health evaluation and they did a no call no show . How can you help me with this need a manager please... I guess it wouldnt be so bad if every time that I call to ask questions about how we are going to do the appointment somebody at the front desk just transfers me to an answering machine I leave messages and nobody calls me back that is not very professional

So far not a good experience. I have a child that has been going through some of the roughest times he has ever gone through and Im trying to help all I can. Its been almost 2 months since our intake appointment and I havent heard ANYTHING back. I call constantly. They always tell me oh we will call you back. And they take down my number. Yet NOTHING is all I hear. Youd think they could at least call me back and tell me to get lost 🙄Its gotten so bad that the other day he told me even therapy thinks hes too broken to fix because they wont even call back. They failed me as a child now they are failing my child.

These people don’t care. It seems they are just there for a paycheck but it’s obviously not a great place to work considering how long employees tend to stay there. Like a revolving door which causes people like myself to stay away due to the instability especially in therapists and that’s even if they have one available to talk to you. This whole place is a joke and should be shut down or needs new management. Something.

I have been a client at this location since 2012. There are positives but mostly negatives.The crisis line made promises of a new doctor new therapist with regular meetings and video groups. Then after checking with a supervisor told me they could provide none that to me and I should look elsewhere for a psychiatrist.The psychiatrist that is there is aloof and unfriendly if you arent feeling well and treats you as if it is your fault the meds arent working.Therapists can drop you with no warning or closure to sessions. And the confidentiality is broken often by staff.But the building is clean.

Therapists they have are inexperienced and the psychiatrists have an attitude problem that keeps them from being able to help people. I jumped through hoops for months to be able to get meds and help only to get turned away by psych. now I know why mental health is such a problem in this area thee is no one competent enough to help. At least now I have no more false hopes. The only person there who cares enough to try to help is Ashley.
