She managed my severe dehydration and sodium deficiency very poorly. While hospitalized March 2022, she gave oral potassium which caused severe diarrhoea and more dehydration as well as depleted electrlytes, unaddressed. She failed to pay attention to lab work and giving me saline too fast caused acidosis and crashed kidney function again. The sugar water and bicarbonate caused high bp, high sugar, lower kidney function. My kidneys were assaulted 3 times under her "care". I found her dismissive and arrogant. When i finally complained, she discharged me without followup, high sugar, high bp, dropped kidney function from dehydration, again. I dropped her as my nephrologist.

My husband is a retired Marine and this is his first experience with a female physician. I was surprised that he has been so pleased and he's impressed with her knowledge and her careful attention to him. She has helped him get his blood pressure in a normal range for the first time in many years (and several other doctors) and keeps close tabs on him. A great relief for me.
