Derek Worley is the most rude, condensending doctor I have ever met. Went it to see him for severe shoulder neck pain. Showed no compassion. Was told by Cookeville Regional Urgent Care to see him. They said he was awesome and would be willing to help. When I shared this with him he said they were full of crap and that they only send people his way to get them out of their office. When going through my history, he wouldn't listen. When I repeated myself, he got angry and said I had not mentioned that when in fact I did. He offered no other compassionate care. I asked for a referral to a chiropractor or therapist and he said no. When the nurse came in to release me, I asked her for a referral and he snapped at me for asking. The women at the front desk weren't very friendly either. Very little compassion as well. Well guess what? Found a chiropractor in Livingston. Within two visits, I was good to go. Apparently he had been a team doctor for several college and pro football teams. Why is he now practicing in little Ole Cookeville? Sounds suspicious to me. Very cocky. Based on some other reviews I read, others feel the same. Maybe its because I'm not a woman? Seems like he may have some issues outside the office he needs to deal with. I'll be Praying for him. Something not right with the guy. Very edgy and irritable. Hope he can see the issues and can do something to improve the way he treats people.
