List of Daniel Daniel Donovan's Reviews
This office takes on complex cases which means they'll spend the appropriate amount of time with each patient. If you're in a hurry- maybe go somewhere else. But, if you need help & you're having difficulty getting that help-- this is the place for you.
Love Dr. Donovan and his staff. The staff are all very kind. Dr Donovan is a very intelligent doctor that takes time with his patient and does not rush. I don't like waiting, but he is thorough and takes his patient's condition serious so I will not complain. I like how he tries to cover everything and doesn't inform you of what could be wrong until he is sure, even if he speculates. I was offered to go to Nashville to see a Neurologist, but as long as Dr. Donovan and his caring staff are around I will be in their care.
We didn’t see Dr Donovan rather his nurse practitioner Stephanie who was very knowledgeable and suggested multiple approaches to begin treating my dementia and a trainee Brad. I selected the approach that fit my schedule best and limited the number of trips I will need to drive (~70miles.) I also went into the restroom and no urine smell; I dislike vulgarity.
First of all, I will say I do not disagree with their diagnosis or treatment plan, but if you have the resources to do so, I highly encourage everyone to look elsewhere. The wait for appointments are terrible, and not the usual “running late” with doctors. Expect to wait hours after your appointment time, and make sure you don’t have anything else planned for your day. If you get lucky, one of the nurse practitioners will have an opening and be able to see you if Dr Donovan cannot. If you have to call this office, do not expect a call back, if you can even get through without a busy signal. I don’t think they’ve ever returned one of my phone calls without having to call multiple times, multiple days in a row. This would be my ABSOLUTE LAST RESORT for a neurology office.
Great doctor and staff
Dr Donovan is a wonderful doctor. I use to see him when he was younger. The difference is now he has even more experience than then. I feel comfortable with him. He doesn't cause me to be over anxious. Makes me feel less anxiety about coming to the office. His staff are so kind.
Mumbles even when asked to speak up. Repeats questions. Seemed only interested in me using CPAP. Calls not returned. Wants to do video appt or just a phone call. Worst doctor ever. He needs to retire .
Wait time was horrible and I was only there for headaches and needed a brain scan to make sure it wasn't serious so he tried to say i had ADHD which I don't so did not care for this doctor.
I think the man is nuts
Well.. I definitely dont recommend.. My apt was at 8am.. Sat in waiting room 3 hours. Dr. Finally showed up. Next apt. Scheduled at 8:30am dr didnt show up till 11am.. Walked out and never went back. Waste of my day.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
