My mom recently became a patient of Dr. Gotcher. She was so kind and addressed every need for my 80 year old mom .She loved her! Also, my mom fell broke her pelvis .She had to stay at CRMC, and we were lucky to have Dr. Gotcher there instead of someone we didn't know. Iwould highly recommend Dr. Gotcher to anyone looking for a family doctor.

1st Appointment with Dr. Gotcher. I waited 6 months as with the times calendars were booked. Completely understand. Finally day of the appointment- I take off work for the morning, drive 40 minutes one way, and arrive 15 minutes early to my 8:30am appointment to ensure if there is any paperwork etc. that I allow time and that I am respectful of the doctors time. I sat in the lobby for an hour even after inquiring on status at the 30 minute and 45 minute mark. I explained everything to the Office Manager whom informed me that Dr. Gotcher typically runs late. I work fortunately and after an hour with still not even being called back had to get in my car and drive another 40 minutes home. Very disappointing and to me they didn't seem to care. I was respectful of their time, but they were not respectful of mine. I will not be returning.

My visit with Dr. Gotcher was a good experience. It took about 45 mins to be seen which that is very common with doctor visits. She was very kind and allowed me to explain what was going on. She has many years of experience so she was able to help me out. I would recommend Dr. Gotcher to anyone. ?????
