I had an excellent experience with Dr. Moore. He was very friendly and explained the whole surgery to me. I was very nervous but he helped relieve some of my anxiety. The surgery went very well and recovery was quick. If I need another surgery he will be doing it.

Wait time was minimal. Very good bedside manner. I was extremely nervous for my first visit and he was very calming and reassuring. I fully recommend him .

The people were friendly. The problem I had with dr. Jeffrey Moore is that he knew I only had a certain amount of procedures to do on both legs. One leg was actually worse than the other it showed it on the ultrasound and I told them that it bothered me the worst. The reason I am not paying them is because they used all of the procedures on the leg that wasn't the worst and then they told me I only had 2 procedures left. Then they proceeded to tell me that if I wanted more procedures done which by the way yes (I still need) Iwould have to pay for them because my insurance company only provided so many procedures so they used all of them up on the leg that wasn't that bad .I told him that ,so I feel like they were just trying to scam me out of my money .That is the reason I'm not paying them the rest of their money owed. If anyone should be suing them it should be me for malpractice! They should never have tried to scam me in the first place! The money they say I owe them is a procedure also that came after it was all said and done and then they told me I owed them money . That is just not right. So be aware of this place. I will never go back to this place ever again!! SMS
