Dr. Austin is very patient, caring and a great listener. She and her nurse Crystal are always so prompt on responding to questions on the portal and guiding me on the best care possible. I would definitely recommend her!

Dr Austin and her nurse Crystal are the BEST!!We have referred her to so many who were also thrilled. Keep in mind Dr Austin is in a group and the office staff has NO reflection on her as a doctor. You may have to be firm with the office.

Had blood tests done - NO followup. Never received ANY results or ANY contact from the office about the test results. Tried to contact them but their phone number has been disconnected. Tried calling any number I could find on them from Google search - NO working numbers. Finally called a different office - they found a number on them that worked. Called that number but got a recording at 10:45 in the morning. Not impressed. I guess I need to find a new doctor - one that works during the day, and can be contacted.

Dr Austin and staff are amazing. Great people with an awesome doctor. I wouldn't recommend any other doctor. Love her!

I have been a patient of Dr. Austin's for approximately a year now and she is great!! Dr. Austin listens to me and works with me to manage my healthcare. I never feel like I am being "herded" through and I am so appreciative of her listening to my concerns and explaining things to me. I would highly recommend Dr. Austin to anyone looking for a caring compassionate professional who is genuinely concerned about the well being of her patients.
