List of Lori Thomas's Reviews
She has been wonderful. I moved from out of state where I basically had two doctors for the past 40 years, went to find a new one in TN. After 3 tries, I found her and so lucky I did.
To the gentleman who didn’t like the staff, you need to understand they are a small off with one front office person and one MA. Like any other office you may have to wait to get answered on the phone but it’s not near as long as most and then you may not get a person but a machine. Not every patient has simple questions and some take a long time. Let’s learn some patience and be kind and show grace that you have a staff that wants the best for your health.
I think a lot of Dr. Thomas. She is always caring and helpful. Her staff who answer the phone and check in is the worst in town. I have considered changing physicians simply not to have to deal with her. It generally takes 3 phone calls before the messages get returned or medications get filled.
Dr. Thomas is very thorough at her job. She is very concerned about my well-being. Explains things so that I understand. I feel really comfortable with her and her staff.
They can't get billing right and liedto my 82 year mother about fixing it. I hope they're happy.
Dr Thomas is very kind and compassionate. Shes listens to your issues and works with you to come up with a solution. Her office staff is very welcoming
We found Dr. Thomas to be very helpful, respectful, and caring.
Dr. Thomas at first was approachable and caring; however she advised us to do something me and my husband felt wrong. When we began to reconsider options she told us we had already taken 30 minutes of her time and she would not be back in! My husband was discharged with no restrictions! (Meaning he could return to work the next day) she did change that after I spoke with her. My husband ended up in Nashville hospital that night and the next day they found blot clots in his lungs! very upsetting!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
