These Dr's in this group do not care at all about their patients, they are just basically leaving me to die. Do not go to this group please fir your own sake.. if I had other options I wouldn't either, I know God is with me and this so called medical group needs prayers because they have lost their caring and compassion for their patients... lord please be with them..I am still so very sick.. when ...

He does not care how much pain you're in even after surgery he performed will not even call back or check on you. I've cried and begged for relief. Do not go to himor this group

I have been seeing this Physician for two years. He/office staff have failed to order medication refills for me three times. This occurred even though I made inquiries each time several days in advance. The Dr can never be reached, his assistant never returns calls and I go without my medication over several days, because the Dr cannot be reached.

I thought him totally incompetent, as was his office staff. My hospital tests were lost, then reviewing them was incredibly delayed, then he told me what I had might just be in my head....No confirmed by others adult onset asthma for which I take daily medication for the rest of my life...What a waste of my time and money to go to his office for those visits...

Dr. Urbina wasted a month of my time with incorrect diagnoses -- meanwhile my lung cancer was growing. He did a bronchoscopy which returned a false negative ("no cancer shown") when in reality I had a large lung tumor. Weeks went by while he suggested I wait 3 weeks to have a 2nd x-ray. This didn't seem right to me, so I insisted on a new xray after 1 week, and sure enough, it showed a tumor. When he finally gave me the news that I definitely had a sizable tumor in my lung, it was in a very cold and uncaring way. I felt no empathy from him whatsoever. At that point, he finally ordered a PET scan (a month after he should have done so ) and then, incredibly he didn't even bother to review the PET scan results. Instead, he scheduled a follow-up appointment for a MONTH later. A month, when I have lung cancer? At this point I abandoned Dr. Urbina and contacted CTCA (Cancer Treatment Centers of America) in Atlanta, where I was found to have stage 3B lung cancer. If I had followed Urbina's advice even more time would have been wasted, and I would have probably progressed to stage 4 by the time I got treatment. By the way, I also found his bedside manner horrible: Very cold & uncaring, and his nurse, Sara, was also cold, abrupt, and in one instance, downright rude.

Dr. Luis Urbina is an excellent doctor. I highly recommend this doctor for Sleep Apnea and all respiratory disorders. His office staff is super and so kind.
