Had 2 visits over the phone, gave medication that didn't work. Had 1 face to face that went poorly. Had me figured out the moment he saw me. Would not listen to my symptoms at all told me I was too heavy and get on a diet. I've been heavier in the past with no problems. I continually belch my food, drink etc. Eat sparingly, Visit took less then 5 minutes.

The VA o.k. my going to Dr Bertram who found precancerous cells and sent the results to the VA for urgent followup treat. Approx. 2 months later he calls me and asked how I was doing. As it was the VA had not scheduled me for treatment as of then. When I inform him of this he asked me to come by his office. I do and he makes copies of his findings and writes on the front page in big red letters URGENT and asked me to deliver the papers to my PCP at the VA clinic immediately. I did. The next day i was scheduled for treatment.....Paul Parrish Monroe Tn
