There’s a reason they have 2.9 stars. I called to reschedule an appointment, on 11-02-2022, that I had to miss because I had fallen. I was advised that the next available wan in June 2023. This is unacceptable. When I said I needed to be seen earlier because I had been hospitalized with hypoglycemia and I would have to find another doctor they responded with “ok, thank you”. How disappointing.

This place needs to be shut down they obviously don’t have doctors to care for there patients. I scheduled my appointment in December nine months ago…. I could of done had a whole child! The receptionist was very rude and called to put my appointment off. I’m not waiting another month on these people. I am going to call the state and let them know they are unable to care for there patients in a timely manner. They also refused to let me speak to the office manager. IF YOU ARE SICK AND IN NEED FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO!!!! RJ there receptionist is not cut out for customer service and is extremely rude she told me because they have to reschedule I have to wait over a year and two months to be seen ! I did report them to the state to be investigated sick people should not wait that long to be seen! This is a thyroid dr and that is a life or death situation.

Had been seeing Dr. Kasturi since 2015. I call to reschedule an appointment and says I have had too many no call/no shows in past year. Which I had always called and rescheduled all my appointments. When trying to ask front staff to further explain no real answer.

I already have recommended her to several people. Dr. Kasturi and her NP Laura Goff are wonderful. I have never had any of her staff have a bad attitude towards me. The wait times can be a bit long but they take their time with their patients and they've always answered every question I have had. She kept an eye on my nodules so well that when they turned cancerous, it was caught so early that I didn't need further treatment after the surgery.

I love Dr. Kasturi and all her staff. They are busy but I can see why, she is a phenomenal doctor. Even while you wait the nurse came in to let me know where I was in line. I would suggest her to anyone that has thyroid or other endocrine problems as she is always very thorough.

It takes 4 months to get in just to see the doctor. Then they require you to answer medical questions out loud in the lobby next to other patients.They don't even ask your medical questions privately so other people don't hear your personal details. When you address your concerns about answering medical questions in front of others you are then asked to leave. Don't waste your time at this place.

I have been seeing her for a year. She’s the best endo I have been to. She listens to everything I have to say and addresses my concerns. She has scheduled y ultrasounds as needed. My blood work I get done at the office and for that I don’t have to have an actual paper order. I go in and check in and the lady at the window gets my lab orders printed out. I wait until they come and get me to take my blood and then I’m done. I know that I have to have it a week or two before my appointment so that’s when I do it. I also get my next appointment at check out. I have never had a problem with the office ladies. Always polite and respectful. Sometimes the office is busy and it can take a while to be seen but she’s very efficient in her work so I don’t mind.
