Without question, the worst physician I ever encountered in my adult life. During my initial consultation with her—while she was with Erlanger on Signal Mountain—I literally almost walked out of the examination room. Needless to say I never went back. I’ve called 3 times for an appointment & was told to go to urgent care. Staff makes you feel insignificant. Why have a primary care Dr if you can’t get in to see her. I had such high hopes for this Dr.

If you are a single parent without childcare, you cannot come here. I cannot truely review a doctor I am not allowed to see. I drove almost an hour to Cookeville and upon arrival, I am told I have to reschedule because I have children with me. I was unaware of this. I am new to Tennessee with not one person I can leave my children in the care of (husband away at work). I have been to other medical establishments without such a policy, so this is unique to this clinic. Refusal of healthcare due to family status: Is this my new normal?

Dr Worley and her amazing nurse Maddie are wonderful! They are efficient and caring! They never make me feel rushed and always get me in promptly when I have an issue. I am so thankful to have Dr Worley as my PCP.

Dr Worley's staff are very efficient. The nurse she has is super nice and so helpful. She always answers my questions promptly and Dr.Worley has been very good on finding some of my problems that I didn't realize I had. I am so thankful I have found a very good doctor who listens to me.

Hands down the worst doctor I have ever dealt with in my life and I’ve been seeing doctors for almost 60 years. During my initial consultation with her she was so rude dismissive and contemptuous of me that I literally almost just stood up and walked out of the appointment. I never went back. It appears that her last gig as a physician where I live here in Signal Mountain TN failed because she is no longer here. I knew after my first visit she’d never make it on the mountain. Word got around fast. I imagine this will be the case wherever she goes.
