My husband was in the hospital unable to breathe well. Dr. Keith discovered the cancer in his throat. He is a calm and patient doctor. He explained everything and what needed to be done. He took very good care of my husband checked on him everyday. When it came time he sent us to a great doctor for more medical care. Thank God for Dr. Keith!;

He just didn’t listen. He was more concerned that I wouldn’t pay for a 2nd hearing test.

My husband had a large cancerous growth removed over his eyebrow, and was sent to Dr. Keith for closure. The very first thing I need to say, is about his demeanor with a patient. If you ever had a family doctor that came to your house, you may be able to relate to our experience with Dr. Keith. He came into the room, never having met us- but 'having read' the chart and knowing why we needed his expertise. He is quiet and confident, and it is a rare quality in this world of 'instant' results! My husband is 92 and hard to converse with. Dr. Keith had him completely relaxed and actually did a limited physical examination, which we do not see, with doctors on the fly to get to the -next-one. The stitches came out today and it's only been a week. Never had any pain, and his recovery has been amazing. The finished 'product' is fantastic. I cannot begin to tell you how safe I felt with this doctor. I think that you would have the same experience- and write the next recommendation!

100% disabled Veteran get double billed!! Tri-west/VA pays the entire bill BUT patient receives an additional bill from Upper Cumberland ENT. We were told by Tri-West/VA to not pay it! But hang onto the bill you receive in case they send your account to collections. I just keep hearing bad things about this office.

I could not speak above a whisper when I first saw him. I would highly recommend him!!

. I brought my child in to get a doctors advice about ear infections and getting tubes. He basically said my concerns are just my mothering instincts wanting me to freeze up. He made me feel like I was wrong to have concerns. And just pushed me aside. I really don't recommend him.

My 13 year old son has been seeing Dr. Keith as needed since he was 4 years old. We have seen him both in Mcminnville and Cookeville. He provides excellent care.

I honestly wish Dr Keith was a general physician so I could just see him for everything! It's nice to have a Dr that looks you in the eye and listens instead of typing while only hearing parts of your conversations. I would highly recommend you seek him out if you need a GREAT ENT specialist.

HORRIBLE DOCTOR. If you can see someone else i HIGHLY recommend you do. Was extremely brusk and unpleasant. I had a small painful mass beside my nostril and he kept pushing on it over and over again even though i told him it was painful. And he said it was nothing and everyone had a lump there and i went somewhere else and found out it was an abscess!! One of the worst medical experiences in my life.

Dr. Keith was very friendly and thoroughly explained surgical and non-surgical options for my recurring sinus infections. He took the time to answer all of my questions and was very professional. I would definitely recommend Dr. Keith to family and friends.
