The doctors and staff have always treated me like family. They go above and beyond to help. I would never go anywhere else.

Don't waste your time here, totally unprofessional. I have been going to another treatment center for almost 2 years with very few issues and the only reason I was switching to spero is because they are cheaper. Well the saying is true "You get what you pay for". So my appointment was for this morning, originally for 9:00am, however I received a call last week asking if I could move it up to 8:30. I agreed and was told to be there at 8:15. I arrived at 8:07am and when no one had shown up by 8:25 I called the office. Since no one was in the Cookeville office where my appointment was scheduled my call was answered by the Crossville office. They stated that the Cookeville office should have opened their doors at 8 am and they would see what they could find out. I waited around until 8:35 and left with no one in sight. At 8:48 I received a call asking why I missed my appointment, when I explained the situation the lady on the phone had the nerve to laugh and state something to the effect of "yeah that happens" . Well it won't happen to me again or any one else if I can help it. It's hard enough to reach out for help, schedule time off of work and to be stood up, and then laughed at was a slap in the face. I take my recovery very seriously, and I can not recommend Spero Health Cookeville TN to anyone else who is serious about recovery either. There are 2 or 3 other clinics in our area and I would definitely recommend going there and Only choosing Spero as a desperate last resort!!!
