My husband, my 1-year-old son, and I all see Dr. Flatt and have for 1-2 years. We LOVE him—so peace-promoting (not into treating every little hang nail) and kind! He treats us like family, and I love his staff as well. Would recommend for all ages!

Could not be bothered to co-ordinate my prescriptions with the pharmacy. These are maintenance drugs I use everyday. I see this doctor every 3 months. The prescriptions kept getting not refilled. When I asked them about it. They said very nicely "That is your responsibility, no one in the office wants to answer called from any pharmacy". YES they really said this so nice and sweetly. Translation we are too lazy to do our job. I wasn't happy at all as it had be going on since I sign up to this doctor. Cookeville now has plenty of doctors in town. I will keep looking. Oh I found one who communicates well with my pharmacy. Turns out one of the drugs I was prescribed has harmful side effects which was NOT explained to me.
