I was extremely disappointed in this office! Since I was a new patient from a different state they ASKED ME to bring in copies of previous thyroid ultrasound and labs, which I got and brought in a month before my appt and the day of my appt. Not only did the dr. not want to look them, but gave them to his staff to shred! My only copies!! When I was told it was an honest mistake I couldn't understand how it could happen. So I told them I had actually brought in the same reports a month earlier; perhaps they could get THOSE from my file and give me a copy back. But I was told they shredded those too! How crazy is that!!! On top of that, the dr. used my thyroid T3 Labs from 5 years ago to diagnose what was happening to me today. He told me my nodules had increased in size from .12 to .18 so nothing to worry about. When I got home and looked at my previous ultrasound results, those numbers don't even fit anything on my chart!! Needless to say I will NOT be going back to this office. Don't waste your time.

Dr. Lawrence is a superb ENT Doctor and a great person! He has helped me greatly with my hearing loss.

I recently had surgery with Dr. Lawrence. He was patient and informative and caring before and after surgery. He personally called me a few days after my surgery to check on me. This is the second time I have had this surgery with Dr. Lawrence. I am very happy with his services and care.
