This doctor hurt me twice. She put me on several medications ten years ago and I shot myself. Vanderbilt said it was the medications she had me on. She works at TenBroeck and when she, Dr. Todd Webb, and Kelley Tripp threatened me my fight/flight response was so severe that I ran down the hallway and pushed open a bolted window breaking 12 bones, TBI, Pneumothorax, several surgeries, had to relearn how to walk. Even they had me diagnosed with post Traumatic Stress Disorder. This woman has killed over 15 patients because of the medications she prescribes.

I would not recommend Dr. Durvasula (hereinafter Dr. D.) based on my appointments over the past 3 years. Dr. D has NEVER arrived on time &, on avg. arrived 1-2 hours late for her first appointment. On one occasion, I arrived for my appointment & Dr. D called the office stating she would not be in to see patients that day. My most recent appointment I was notified 1-1/2 hours before my appointment that she would not be seeing patients that day. Very unprofessional behavior on Dr. D's behalf.

I have been seeing this doctor for 14 years-she saved my life-she is a great person and wonderful doctor....She is the best...

she seems to be a caring doctor, but i went to her office for 3 visits and waited 2-3 hours each time. A small waiting room full of waiting patients . Too claustrophobic and she is a good doctor but not good enough to wait 2-3 hours

She is nothing but a Prescription pad. I sat in the extremely unprivate, dirty waiting room for 2 hours and watched patients go in and right back out.. I don't think anyone spent more than 10 minutes with her. When I went in and began to talk she cut me off immediately. She was uncaring to my issues and concerns and stated firmly that she does no kind of paperwork for work.. her receptionis is incompetent. GO ANYWHERE ELSE! She just made me worse and seriously does not belong in mental health!!!

I was referred to her by my regular doctor. I was trying to tell her about the difficulties I was having and about a traumatic event I'd just been through. She kept cutting me off and telling me that I was in the wrong place. She said I needed a therapist. She quickly wrote me a script for Zyprexa and that was it. I never went back for obvious reasons. I didn't get the impression she was interested in helping anyone. Her receptionist is unpleasant and her office walls and carpet really dirty.
