Had to wait hour after appointment no reason why. Other Dr recommended and told me they would call for that appointment. Still waiting. Very concerned that they don't care about my care...

I had severe spinal stenosis that was interfering with my walking and standing. Doctor Jermakowitz Met with me and concluded that Orthoscopic surgery could remedy the situation. I had my surgery about 6 weeks ago and it's like a miracle the difference between Before & After. I highly recommend tier one .

Entire staff was pleasant and helpful. Dr.J is compassionat, listened to my concerns and explained options in easy to understand terminology.

So far so good. I'm scheduled for surgery in August and feel good about it. The Drs and nurses are really great. I've had a Shoulder replacement surgery with Dr Stachler and everything went well and the staff was terrific 💯. I'm looking forward to having the cervical vertebrae fusion and with Dr Jermakowicz and see how it goes.

I waited over an hour past my appointment time and it was clear that he had not read my file because he did not know why I was there. The actual surgery was fine but, as of this time. The device inserted is not having the desired effect. My pain is still high and I am not happy. If my pain lowers later, I would be happy to revise my review
