doctor never there,everyone lumped into one category,staff changes monthly,dont have a glue about your history, and don't care, no doctor on hand, don't see same pract. not dr the same time,one visit was like being in a child care center, never answer phone, sent to extension 101 and hangs up, there about a year and 3 office managers have come and gone, needless test just to charge your insurance,if you don't do the test you will not get your meds, even if the test does not help you .noroomleft

Took me and many patients in after previous pain doctor passed away unexpectedly. From the first day I met him until today he has been nothing short of a top notch, easy to talk to, witty, and knowledgeable doctor. He continued me on all the same meds I was on until last month when he was forced to change and lower my meds due to the new government 120 MED maximum.

I've been seeing Dr Miles for about a year. He took me in after my last doctor of 12 years passed away. Dr Miles listens to me and cares. Even when I'm at my worst he finds a way to make me smile.

All of my visits to his office have been pleasant, they are a very comprehensive facility and want to make sure they do everything they can to make you better. He and the practicioner are very diligent and caring. They want to make sure that you are provided with all options to help make your life better.

You don't have medical treatment by Dr. Miles except for one particular reason. The specialties and pain mgmt treatments of his expertise are not even available according to staff. LARGE TURN OVER IN STAFF FOR PAST SEVERAL MONTHS AND CONTINUING... This includes office staff AND PA's! Perhaps if these alternatives such as trigger point injections and/or epidural injections as provided in initial medical treatments offered in his descriptions were truly offered, this would be a great!

Never able to see you within 30 days, so your left without medicine. This month TEN DAYS without pain medicine that I've been on for 5 years. Unethical!!!

Great visit. Dr. Miles covered all my needs for pain management. He is a very pleasant young man. He is married with 5 children, so God bless his wife! He is compassionate and wants the best for his patients. Does not encourage over medication but makes sure you are not in pain. He is new to me but I believe he'll be my doctor for a long time.
