The staff was really nice and attentive to my needs
I had an AWESOME visit, very pleasant atmosphere. I was greeted kindness and the service is very detail. The process was quick and friendly. I will always come back.B£BL£SS
Great place to go and get job drug testing.
Good place For urgent care. No long wait and you can call ahead
Very efficient and friendly staff. The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will use again.
I made an appointment for 5:30 last night. I arrived at 5:10. I walked in handed the girl behind the counter my drivers license and my insurance card. She asked what I was in for I told her I had a small swollen lymph node right. under my ear. that it could be sinuses or possible ear infection but I just wanted to get it checked out. She keyed in my information and walked to talk to the nurse practitioner. I sat in the waiting room and waited during this time. there was no one there. She came back and said that I needed to go to my primary care physician that they could not see me here. I asked her why and she said that because of the night I needed an ultrasound. I asked her if she was refusing service for me and she said no she just couldnt help me here. I said you cant even look in my ears to see if theres an ear infection that I dont know about yet. She continuously said that I needed to go somewhere else. I have insurance and I have a flex card I have the ability to pay any bill that is posed to me. I was refused service for no reason at all. At the end of the conversation she said if it hurt bad enough I needed to go to the emergency room. an ear infection doesnt warrant an emergency room visit.I finally called back in from the parking lot and asked for the office managers name and phone number. I was told that she doesnt have a phone number only an email address. She then again asked if I wanted to come in and have my ears checked. why at this point what I want someone trying to diagnose me who didnt want to see me to begin with. Ive never had to beg a medical facility to take my money and tell me whats wrong with me.
Their Covid testing is $240 and takes 23 weeks for the result which is pointless in terms of virus prevention. CVS is free and you get the results in a week. Even a week is too long but its better than 2 or 3 weeks, especially since theres no cost. I asked The person at MedPost about this and she said well we are a for profit clinic. Wrong answer sweetheart.
They had me waiting a hour just to say they xray dont work . Avoid at all cost. Worst hospital in Memphis and thats saying something
Fast & Friendly . Very safe
The staff was very friendly. It took a little while, but they did great!
They are concerned about there patients
Came here to get an Xray for my husband because he hurt his shoulder pretty bad. Pay the outrageous $100 copay just to be told “oh you should have gone to an orthopedic doctor. The Xray isn’t even on site today.” You couldn’t have told us that when we signed in ASKING for an Xray?? There’s also a sign outside that says “xrays on site”!! So disappointed and a waste of time and money.
Very professional, caring and quick.
But so disappointed. Went Wednesday night with a UTI. prescribed Antibiotic and now they call and tell me lab misplaced urine sample. I am so upset. No culture.
Like everyone else in the waiting room, I was suffering from the usual crud that was going around. From the receptionist at the front desk to the healthcare worker who gave me a shot, everyone I encountered was warm and friendly and positive. You dont realize what a big difference it makes especially when you dont feel well. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. And I would definitely go back again.
I was here a few weeks ago with my sister and they were really busy but we still got in and out in a couple hours. She had just dealt with a tragedy and they were extra kind and empathetic. Now I am here as the patient and they remembered me and asked how my sister was doing, which was impressive. I was in and out within the hour and on my way to get medications. Friendly, personable service here!
Awful experience. Wanted an Xray after a fall and the doctor spent less than a minute with me, said I was okay, and walked out without even saying goodbye, have a nice day, anything. The clinic was not busy (one other patient besides myself), yet they rushed me through like they were trying to see hundreds of patients. And still got to pay over $100 for it, with insurance. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
I typically dont leave negative reviews and the two places I have left negative reviews for ending up closing within six months. The bed side manner here was one of the worst Ive dealt with in a Health Care setting. I was initially diagnosed with the craziest Dr. House type of illness. This didnt make sense as I had just suffered an injury to my toe at the gym. Im also a volunteer EMT (which I never mentioned during the visit) and I felt that it was simply a broken toe. I simply wanted an expert to confirm my suspicion. I wasnt expecting an exotic diagnosis and I wasnt expecting to be told it wasnt broken. It was only after my insistence that the doctor finally took an XRay as I wanted to rule out the simplest and most likely cause. After the XRay the doctor confirmed the broken toe and rushed me out the door. I wanted to at least see the XRay as I was concerned about the level of damage and potential loss of function. The physician on staff refused to show with me the Xray claiming that their computer system doesnt allow that and they refused to provide me with any medical records to take to another physician. I ended up going to a different health care provider who had to retake the XRays which subjected me to more radiation. The new health care provider (not MedPost) took the time to not only show my XRays but to explain the injury. It took 90 seconds tops but that was the difference between a good health care experience and a poor one. The one thing I will give the MedPost physician is that the orthopedist mentioned that the broken toe was a tiny hairline fracture that would be easy for most health care providers to miss. I am glad the docinthebox caught it but I am still disappointed with the rest of the experience.I would highly recommend against anyone going here for medical care.
I went in on Tuesday horribly sick. I had to beg for sinus cocktail shot. I was prescribed no medication. They told me to come back in 7 days if I’m still sick. I have been suffering for 3 additional days and my mother took me to another doctor. They actually gave me an antibiotic and steroid for a severe sinus infection! Don’t go here unless you want to waste your time and money.
