These people cost me an entire day of work. My HCP sent over the referral with my correct information and instead of Neurology Clinic updating the information that they had for me from over 5 years ago they canceled my appointment after they tried to confirm at my previous phone number. I even talked to them on the phone and they never asked me to confirm anything. Unprofessional.

I have been a patient of this facility since 2020. I have had nothing but professional caring and empathetic treatment from this facility. I have seen many of the departments since my initial visit. N. P. Porch and Dr. Arnold have wrapped testing and services around my needs and have responded and followed up beautifully N.P. Scroggins and staff have also been instrumental in my mental and physical wellbeing. I do not know where I would be without their services and support. Any time I call for refills or appointments they are responded to in a timely manner. My wait time in the office has always been minimal and the beautiful customer service professionals at the front desk have always been just that professionals that provide me with great customer care and assistance with a smile. This is a totally unsolicited review by me. I am sorry others have had experiences not as positive as mine but I wanted to share mine with others also.

Great experience with Dr. Dryn. She is very knowledgeable attentive detailed. The wait time is minimum facility is well equipped. I would strongly recommend Dr. Dryn to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and caring doctor for migraines and other neurological disorders. She cares about her patience spends enough time to figure out what is going on and how to treat you effectively. Rare in this world and time..Thank you Dr. Dryn for such an excellence.I.S.

Dr. Cara Pendley is the GREATEST Shes been my neurologist since Octlber 2017. She is extremely thorough and checks and rechecks everything to figure out whats going on with me. I have a very complicated and unique condition several issues going on so much that she calls me her conundrum and says that she cant have a conundrum in her profession She will solve me spending no less than 45 minutes with me at each visit. She only orders tests if its important to your care and she has done that with me. One of her greatest strengths is that she listens to her patients compassionately and does so in a nonjudgmental manner. Her staff is well trained eager to please and their compassion is a reflection of the practice .

Dr. Thomas Arnold was my wifes doctor. He is a great Neurologist. Have nothing but good things to say.

Dr. Cara Pendley is AMAZING. I have been a patient of a different practice 4 years. I was not impressed with the care I was receiving it was very are you still having issues? yes? okay here is some medicine and well see you in a year. I decided I wanted to try a woman physician and Dr. Pendley came highly recommended by her staff when I was in the office with my husband for his neurology appointment. Dr. Pendley is kind caring compassionate intelligent thorough considers the full picture of what is going on in the patients life... my only regret is that I didnt switch to her sooner She is amazing and she had so many different alternative treatments that had not even been considered by my prior neurologist. I look forward to working with her in the future.

Very poor service. Nurse and doctor unconcerned about side effects with meds. Every appointment wait time is in excess of an hour. Slow to return calls and did not try to help make any changes or work with me. Find another neurologist a waste of time.

Excellent service with minimal wait time and more than adequate patientdoctor time. Dr. Pendley is sincere in her concern for my health and her search to figure out whats going on with me. Shes very thorough checking my medications against each other for any contraindications. Highly recommend her

Our appointment was scheduled at 3 pm. We arrived by 230 to have time to fill out paper work and in hopes to be called early. Its now 530 and weve yet to have an MRI. So if youre very patient and willing to wait 2+ hrs to have an MRI this is the place to go. They also let two other patients go in front of us because they were on time. When again we were 30 min early. Worst experience in a doctors office by far.

I called this morning and the operator by the name Glenda answered the phone she was extremely rude and you can tell shes having a bad day you can hear it in her voice. Not to mention the nurse takes forever to give you a call back This office very unorganized and unprofessional
