MId-South Imaging's Online Review Report Card

I went to this clinic on 082621. Headache and sinus pressure with probable sinus infection. Good news was they were able to swab and give me a negative covid test result. I was then told at 930 that the nurse practitioner would call for a medical conference. She wrote in my file that she attempted to call me at 1115. Problem is my cell phone shows no call from her. So she is either incompetent in phone use or she lied. I called back four times asking her to please call me where I can receive antibiotics prescription for my sinus infection. No response to my pleas. So my I continue to feel terrible. Thanks for nothing nurse who ever you are.

The dark skin young lady that works in the front desk has the worst attitude. Waited almost 5 hours for a rapid COVID test. They only have 2 ladies coming out to your car. Within those hours they only came out twice You are instructed to call when you arrive but they didn’t answer the phone I called over several times. They need a cut off time for morning afternoon appointments. It is ridiculous to be waiting several hours wasting gas in the hot temperature to get a 15 min test done. I understand cases are going up they probably short staff but that’s why you plan accordingly to accommodate so people won’t be waiting hours.

I got here at 1020 am the lady at front desk was rude and didnt even let me talk and ask me and my son to wait outside just because she said a headache is COVID symptom so we waited amd waited and waited she finally call and asked for Insurance info then she said would be out to do a COVID test before you can enter the premises we waited 2 hours and they never came out I went back in there and ask whats going on and she didnt even remember me or who I was they completely forgot about us and there was only 1 person inside the clinic and she said there would be there with me SHORTLY Are you serious TERRIBLE STAFF AVOID DONT GO THERE

I accidentally stabbed my arm while coring a cabbage. I arrived at Baptist Minor Medical Trinity Commons in Cordova TN. a half hour prior to closing. There was nobody in the waiting room. The door was locked. A man pointed me to a sign on the door instructing people to call for assistance. The young lady that finally came to the door would not let me in and said that they had been really busy that day and just wanted to go home. They did not want to treat me. I am well insured. Payment is not an issue. Who manages this facility?

Visited the clinic today for lingering upper respiratory infection and received prompt care. The staff was extremely professional and pleasant. Dr. Kwok exhibited compassion and expertise in my treatment. I appreciate that he explained prescribed medicines thoroughly.

Wait time to see a provider at the Hwy 64 location in Bartlett TN is upwards of 4 hours after checkin which is impressively poor. Furthermore the front desk staff is rude and refuses to wear a protective mask properly. Giving this establishment one star is far too generous. I would suggest that you establish with a PCP or go to another minor med to seek care.

This is the most unprofessional place ever. The lady that was doing the insurance part was the rudest person ever. I witness her talking so rudely and negative to the elderly lady thats in charge over a schedule. Then the other lady who checks you in at the desk was being rude to the lady as well. I felt so bad for that elderly lady. Everyone was on their cell phones having very personal phone calls. Even the girl who checks your temperature at the door was on her phone while checking temperatures. Which im sure is against company policy. I will never advise anyone to go to this location unless they get new staff. They was talking negatively about patients and all sorts of things. On top of having to wait a long period of time. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Well the dr and nurse was good. So i guess that’s the only reason for the 1 star. I would say go elsewhere and definitely not this place.
