This was the best care that I received in a long time!From the receptionist (Pam) which did an awesome job she was very, very professional. The nursing staff was very friendly and explaining everything that's best for you to know concerning your health.Mid-South Urgent Care Team on Houston Levee Rd. is the best group of nurses around. Thanks for helping me and may God bless everyone of y'all.

I came to the Houston Levee location to receive an x-ray on 1/21/21. 5 mins after paying the $45 copay, I was told that the x-ray machine was not working and they asked if I wanted a refund. I said yes. They responded that it will need to go to the billing department and that it would take 5-7 business days. On 1/27/21, I called the billing department and was told they had no record of my refund and that they would seek to get it processed by the end of the week. I had called and sent emails since 2/1/21 about the status of my refund and have not been able to get in contact with anyone, or have received my refund.

The provider I see on a regular basis is excellent, however, the staff is horrible. They have lied to me several times on the phone about my labs and there always seems to be an issue with billing when I’m at the office. Don’t use them as your main doctor. 1/20/21 Update! WORST SERVICE I’VE EVER HAD WHILE LIVING IN CORDOVA! I will write a detailed review about each staff member I’ve had interaction and communication with at a later date. Currently letting my attorney handle an issue with this chopped office.
