Told me they don’t take my insurance, but verified with Aetna, that they do, but was told by the nurse at the front desk that the co-pays were too low, so they are telling me my insurance was not going to pay them enough so they only looked at my Medicare card and NEVER entered my Aetna Advantage info. I highly recommend you look elsewhere and this office and Dr Filipcic “total money interest and not patient care interest”. Sad, but true imo.

I received an alarming diagnosis during an exam and was basically ghosted. She told me there was something she could prescribe and proceeded to prescribe nothing. Left the exam room, never returned and never responded to messages. If you have serious health concerns I would suggest finding another primary care physician.

Dr. Filipcic has been my doctor for many years. I had to leave the area for a bit, and when I got back to the area, I had tried a number of doctors, and just when I was loosing faith in doctors, I found out she was taking me insurance and I went back to her. She listens, she makes a plan, and we go forward. I've had issues with the Bartlett staff, but no so with the Cordova staff.

I rarely write reviews, but I find it that it's my duty to say a few words of endorsement on behalf of this excellent physician. I have been a patient of Dr. Filipcic for more than five years, and I can wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in need of a capable physician with excellent bedside manners. Dr. Filipcic allows the time needed to understand your case, is patient and flexible, and her approach is comprehensive, thoughtful, and something else - responsible!

I am so disappointed with this doctor. I took my mom to Dr. Filipcic the very next day as a follow-up after taking my mom to the ER the night before. I guess due to COVID, the ER did not admit my mom or do adequate testing like they did the last time my mom had this same life threatening illness. So I felt the urgent need to take her to her primary care doctor, Dr. Filipcic. This doctor seemed so unconcerned and was only in the room with us for less than 10 mins. She knew we needed a referral to see the neurologist and did not mark it as urgent and took 3 days to sign off on the doctor's office notes even after numerous messages stressing the urgency. No one called me back until three days later. Myself or my mom will never use this doctor again!

Dr. Filipcic has a great bedside manner and offers excellent care. If you have a problem she will take it seriously and work towards a diagnosis, even when other doctors have brushed it off and sent you on your way. Highly recommended if you're after thorough, compassionate care.
