Mr.Balogh is good at his job. They have a very professional and caring atmosphere there. With that out the way here's my issue. While sitting in the lobby you can hear word for word what the patient before you is saying. That's no exaggeration it's so bad that the receptionist wears headphones out of respect when you're in session. It's appreciated but I wish it wasn't necessary. Talking to a therapist means digging down and saying some things you might not want others to hear. When you come out and see the looks of the next person in line and the receptionist plus knowing how easy it is to hear through the door. It's hard to bear especially if you have an anxiety disorder. Yes everyone heard everything you just said in private, it's almost unbelievable you have to worry about that in 2022. Lastly good luck trying to refill your prescription if it doesn't automatically refill. I called during business hours from 3:30pm-5pm relentlessly to renew my prescription because of my new job and going to school it was a necessity. Nothing. No answer at all and a couple of times my call was actually forwarded. Which means it was intentionally ignored. Overall don't talk unless you're okay with Everyone hearing you and don't expect to get your medication on time.

I love going to see Dr. Balogh! He has definitely helped me get on the right medication! I feel very comfortable talking to him and opening up.

Dr. Balogh was able to identify underlying patterns in my mental health and begin a treatment plan that is proving more effective than my family doctor's and my own attempts to treat myself. He and his staff are welcoming and conscientious. This is a safe and effective place to get help.

Dr Vera is the best Doctor I ever had. He is very compasionate, and he treats all of his patients the same. He makes you feel comfortable. I really miss him and I hate that he left, and went to another Hospital.
