Love the nurses and the dr.kids liked him
Do not recommend this doctor! He refuses to do PSAs for anyone! A PSA is when your insurance won't cover it without the doctor or his nurse doing a simple 10 minute questionnaire on why the patient needs it. I needed lifesaving medication and he walked in the room and said that my insurance would not pay for it but he had not attempted to even call them! Even my local pharmacist said this doctor refuses to do these and help people who really need it. He gave me a generic medication that gave me gravely ill side effects. They also want that insurance card! You can forget making 3 months visits they want you there a lot so that they can collect money from your insurance. They care more about making money than your life. I have since switched to a much better practice and received my blood thinner the same day. And his nurse at the front desk lied to me so many times, saying it was the pharmacies job to do the PSA etc etc when she found out that I was more educated than that and knew that she was lying she was very rude! Once again my personal opinion and because of my experience I do not recommend you going to him for any bad health issues. He also had a habit of forgetting to call in my cholesterol meds and when I would call the office and tell him he forgot to call those in they would instruct me I needed to come back into the office and see him again just so they could collect off my insurance! So if you need a PSA or a doctor to contact your insurance so they'll pay for your medicine he is not the one to go to and if you need life-saving care and meds I do not recommend putting your life in this man's hands!
Pretty good place to go I like them a lot put I can only do 3stars because they need to be a little bit more nice
Dr..Parikh has been my Doctor for 12 years, I can say without a doubt he is the best Dr.I have used in my 74 years!!!!!
Great doctor. Great staff. Am glad we found him
Excellent visit, as always. Dr. Parikh has watched my kids grow up and is like part of our family. This morning, we went in for a well check up as normal. Dr. Parikh gave the kids his usual candy, plus a little pillow toy. On our way out the door, the nurse/front desk woman gave the kids a muffin. It's just little things like that that make me come back. We moved away 5 years ago but I've made the drive to come back every visit because he is that good. We love Corryton Medical Center! 😍
Great Doctor , I will refer any body including kids and adults to him as he is able to manage most condition at his clinic. fast appointments . I wish he was open on Saturday.
Great Dr , I am with him for 22 years never got disappointed with his treatment or attitude , easily available appointments.
easy to talk and he explains condition very well my entire family comes to him even 2 kids are happy , they got vaccines also at his office
Let me start by saying I'm a new customer. Prior to scheduling an appointment, I was concerned by some of the low reviews, however, I became very sick and needed care asap. I arrived to my appointment first thing in the morning and was pleased to see a very well kept, clean and organized office. The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. My next concern is that I'm hard of hearing, and given the fact the doctor is Indian, was very concerned with being able to understand him or communicate my challenges where he would understand me. As I sat in the examination room, and heard the doctor at the door, I readied myself for what could potentially be a frustrating experience. As he walked through the door, he had a warm smile and greeted me with an enthusiastic good morning, Kevin! He immediately put my mind at ease because he speaks English just fine, and proceeded to listen to what symptoms I was having. From there, he offered me several options, with the understanding that I was dealing with limited finances, and an insurance plan that had an insane deductible before it would even kick in. Dr. Parikh helped me by offering to utilize a feature with my insurance I was unaware of that would allow an initial wellness test that falls under their annual allotment provided to each patient. So he was able to give me a thorough exam which I haven't had in awhile, checking my blood/urine for any signs of potential illnesses I may be unaware of, including a colon cancer test, which was overdue. Here's the kicker, so the next day, the doctor calls me to ask about a lower than average sodium level, nothing urgent, just wanted to be sure it wasn't a potential indicator of something more serious, in reality, I drink a lot of water first thing in the morning and no doubt my sodium level was affected by that. I've never had a doctor show that level of concern, he's smart, he's sincere, and genuinely wants to help you be well, which is everything you want in a doctor, which in my opinion, is a 5 star experience.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
