One night shift nurse basically told me and my wife that if we didnt follow their orders my son would probably die made us transfer to Memphis. Since we left all he had was sleep. Hes fine bored and every doctor that sees him is basically Like he is fine. We were basically bullied and guilt tripped. Then she started threatening to supercede anything I had to say. I will be filing a complaint on this nurse for HORRIBLE bedside manners with my son and attempting to bully me and my wife. Questioned my authority with My children and threatened to reach out to my divorced wife to consult her even though I have full custody of my children right in front of my wife The doctor was nice but this nurse was over the top. Go work in manufacturing lady you are not meant to work for deal with or care for human beings Horrible night.

Well... I eventually contracted the FauciFlu and couldnt stinking breathe. I had the EMTs take me to this hospital. There was a couple hour wait to be seen in the ER but ANY Memphis hospital wouldve been 8 to 10 hours. Anyway choosing this hospital saved my life because they gave me Ivermectin and in 4 or 5 days I was feeling better and onto a cannula instead of high pressure oxygen. The nurses were great and made sure I was taken care of. I appreciate everything they did to help me especially Brett and Lee who were cool dudes that kept bringing me Turkey sandwiches. They were really good sandwiches... but I wont think they were so delicious when I get my bill. Yall need to give Brett and his crew a raise Keep up the hospitality nurses thanks againDont go to Memphis hospitals yall

I’ve been at the ER with my 90 yr old aunt that needs EMS transport since 11am. She was discharged at 1230. Here it is 630pm and we are still sitting in the ER. Now they’re saying we probably won’t have transportation for another 30 minutes but up to 6 hours or even longer. Unacceptable🤬 So now they’re saying we probably won’t get a ride until after midnight 🤬🤬🤬 We left the ER at 945pm.

Just tried to call in for help with a kidney stone and they were rude and hung up on me

Not nearly as bad as you hear the hospital has actually gotten every bit as good as the ones in Memphis I think. Jerry Hamm is the best doctor in the ER. I once watched him take money out of his own pocket to help parents accompany their child to Lebonheur being transferred via ambulance. He has a heart of gold and he is PHENOMENALLY educated. He explains in detail what your diagnosis is and the best home remedies as well as medication assisted recovery methods. If you go here consider yourself blessed to get him

Absolutely the worst hospital ever. Was there about a year ago extremely sick. They did a Covid test flu test and strep test. All were negative and sent off to the lab for additional testing. The ER doctor never touched me. Didnt listen to my breathing look at my throat or nothing. Came into the room and said it was viral and nothing they could do and sent me home. A few days later I was still feeling bad and went to my PCP. Told her about my experience. She pulled my tests from the ER and said my throat culture came back and I had strep. The ER never called me to tell me. Tonight I went for a spider bite on my head. Was nursing it at home until I woke up with a terrible headache and body aches. Went to the ER and was told again there was nothing they could do. Go see my PCP. It wasnt enough of an emergency. I even asked if I should be concerned about the headaches and body aches and was told to take ibuprofen tylenol and warm compressions. This is after they squeezed on it and hurt me. I will NEVER go back and neither should you.

Biggest joke ever Didn’t even do an evolution and sent us home. Now we are in Memphis getting the medical attention that YOU DENIED US Someone needs to shut this place down because the ER is a joke The doctor even called in an order for IV meds but they couldn’t get us in until Monday 4 more days. Thank God there are good doctors that know where to send us.
