Dr. Goering was my doctor for a long time.. I like him very much as a doctor.. but he sees too many patients per hour and his back staff cannot keep up and follow up on the things that count. It took them a weekto get me my medicine which I should have started on a lot sooner. and when I called his office several times to complain his girl that worked up front. Snoopy with me. And I got mad. Shouldn't have lost my temper but did the way I was treated. The girl that does the pre-authorizations doesn't do her job well at all. Then when I called they said dr. Geering wants to talk to you at that time he dismissed me as a patient right in the middle of something critical. Didn't even want my side of the story just believed the girl he hired. May enbe instead of hiring these little giggly girls that don't know how to do their job or do proper coding. He should hire one nurse with experience. Having said that I like dr. Ghearing a lot he's a very loving Dr when it comes to the children which is where he gets his biggest Joy. Very attended to when you're in the hospital but once you leave the five minutes of care you cannot get in touch with him. Needs to make himself more available after you see him.

Do not have your prescriptions faxed in because nurses forget and then are too busy to call you back until office closes.Next day they forget again and you call them again.This went on for 12 days. We all know if you fax you need confirmation that fax went through. Nurse too busy to check back for confirmation? We called doctor at end of 14 days to let him know but he never called back either. Only one person on his staff was nice named Amber who I gave one star to. The rest including the doctor did not seem to care. My husband, a Vietnam Veteran was the patient and never was mean to any of them. Husband now has to find a new doctor who cares. Doctor and staff nice but they don't follow through and leave you in the dark. I hope and pray they learn to follow through with other patients.

Dr. Ghearing was the most attentive, caring, and compassionate physician I have ever had contact with. He spends time with each patient and is very thorough.
