2 visits with insurance cost me out of pocket unecessary for blood work she requests ran that insurance deems not necessary for patient with no medical reason to request!! Then when office is confronted tries pushing off on lab and not helpful to resolve. Not happy with little discussion on blood panel to understand what all bloodwork results mean. 1st time she didn't even go over results second time she just had nurse or receptionist call and say watch sugar and cholesterol really. Trying to get bill recorded thru office personnel very unhelpful. My guess is I will pay this out of pocket again!! But never again!!

I like Dr. Wallner but some of her staff leaves a lot to be desired. They act like you are bothering them. You have to actually in some cases help them do THEIR job. Not a good thing.
