SHE HAS BEEN MY MOM'S DOCTOR FROM THE TIME WE MOVED HER IN 2004 AND I FINELY GOT HER AS MY DOCTOR. SHE IS GREAT AND SO IS HER STAFF. HER NEW OFFICE AT 88 TAYLOR ST IN CROSSVILLE IS GREAT.

Dr. Gibbs is very down to earth, warm and very caring. She promotes education to the patient, and provides opportunities for medical students to learn from her. She doesn't hesitate to refer to other physicians, if needed. We have been her patients for twelve years.

Does not take enough time with the patient. 15 minutes is NOT enough time for the patient to talk about what is bothering them. Very sad. As she use to take the time to listen and now she doesn't.

Dr Gibbs and her nurse are GREAT. The front desk people not so much, but you only have to deal with them to check in.

She is an excellent Dr. With great interpersonal skills. Her nurse is very good too. Some of the front desk people are not very happy.

I was in need for a very good doctor. I called and asked everyone I could about a doctor for my Mom who is 85yrs old. There is no room for a doctor who doesn't know and understand about a persons body when they become older.Every choice in how to treat them is very important. We have saw Dr. Gibbs 2 times now and was very pleased with her. She took a long time with my Mom and I agree with her treatment. She seems to have a great knowledge and understanding for Moms condition. At this point I am very pleased with Dr. Gibbs.

Dr. Whitmaill is NOT just a pill pusher. She tries to find reasons for symptoms, not pills for symptoms. LOVE her!
