Was not aware that my male partner was not allowed to come back with me. When taken back, I asked if he could come. The nurse said " I will come back out to get him in a minute" Which was a complete lie. At that point I should have been told No Males are allowed. After I was put in a room, in a gown, was I then told the doctor doesn't allow men in her office. The doctor is allowed to make the rules as she sees fit, but don't train your staff to lie. When the dr arrived, I was told her reason is, "Women will tell me more when the husbands/boyfriends/etc are not present...and also we have naked women back here, so this is not a place for men" I'm sorry, I didn't realize that naked women would just be walking down the halls in her office!!! Talk about HIPAA! Felt very controlled and uncomfortable in her office. I expected a complete visit. Labs were not drawn, and a very short pelvic exam was preformed. I was also asked for my previous surgical records, that Dr. Claypool referred me to in the first place. I feel like that should be on the office to get those records, rather than to ask me what me opinion was.

She truly doesn’t care it’s always “in your head”

I took my daughter into see dr Johnson and the older nurse was extremely rude! When I informed the dr about the extremely rude nurse her response was “she’s good” That is extremely unprofessional! This was by far the worse experience I have had at any Dr in crossville.

Was very anxious about seeing a new OB after moving here and explaining my symptoms to someone new, but she was so motherly and kind. I want to see her for every issue now. The other girls who work there were just so friendly, and I just felt like I belonged. It’s not every day you come home bragging about a women’s yearly checkup!

The staff is very friendly. I’ve been her patient for over 19 years. She’s delivered two of my children. Any time I had concerns and called they would send a message to the dr and would then call me back. Dr Johnson takes the time to answer any questions and concerns at each visit. You don’t feel rushed and she tries to make you as comfortable as possible.

easy to make appointment. staff friendly but professional. dr johnson very pleasant and gives adequate time for questions/answers. office not crowded. very professional and minimal waiting time!!!!! yay.

The ladies at this office are incredible! Such a sweet and knowledgeable doctor/staff. I highly suggest going here and wish I could give them 10 stars. A+++

Went to her for pain I was experiencing. I cried when she tried to give me a physical exam because I knew it was going to hurt. She then refused to do an exam until I talked to a counselor because I was acting like an abuse victim. I was floored. I went elsewhere and found out I had endometriosis, got it removed, and am now living pain free no thanks to this place.
