Best eye Dr ever. Me and my parents have been going to Dr Patterson since '97. On my moms first mothers day she was having eye trouble and he told her to come to the office that Sunday. We have nothing bad to say about him of his staff. Love his work and the fact he does missionary eye care.

Well, I checked out the reviews on yelp and I was really concerned, all because of one angry person, who I am certain would be unhappy no matter how good of service he received!I was treated with very professional, personable and kind employees, technicians and physician!Trust me they are great at what they do and have no problems answering any and all questions you may have! I definitely recommend them for anyone looking for good eye care!!

He is not good with diabetics. He caused my dad to lose his sight in his right eye due to diabetes-related causes. Missed a cataract that shocked Dad's new doctor. The new doctor literally said, "This is the worst cataract I've ever seen." By this point, due to the severity of the cataract and other diabetes-related issues, dad lost his sight in that eye. He now goes to Cumberland Eye Care (wonderful docs!) where they basically try to save what little sight he has left, thanks to Dr. Patterson. Please go to another doctor!

This visit was the antithesis of what I expected! First I saw Megan who treated me to a prelim battery of tests, then over to Vickey and the totally awesome Dr. Patterson! These great folks defy professional standards by raising the bar of customer/patient satisfaction to all new levels. The doc and I traded comments that defused all of my apprehension. This guy is the best... Period.

I am very pleased that we have the Best DOCTOR right here in Crossville, Tn. I have been his patient for many years and I am very happy with Dr. Patterson. I get injections in my right eye every five weeks and as horrible as this may sound I do not feel any pain what so ever. Dr. Patterson is the BEST........

Doctors Patterson and Grisolano performed my surgery a couple days ago; everyone was extremely friendly, professional and efficient. I am very impressed with both the level of care and how technologically advanced ECOT is. I would definitely recommend Eye Centers to anyone in need of their services. Thank you for bringing this level of performance to small town Tennessee!

All employees were courteous and were taking care of patients in a quick well organized manner. Getting my eyes well taken care of by Dr.Patterson was the best experience. I can see everything clear by having Cataract surgery.

Friendly and welcoming staff. I had cataract surgery it was painless and the flowers were such a nice touch and I left with a smile on my face.

Very nice in waiting room. All staff were very nice, caring, efficient, and professional. A bouquet of flowers were give to patients as they left the surgery center.
