Awesome care!. It may take some time to get to see the Dr, but he does spend all the time you need to answer your questions and any concerns. He spends the time to explain and make the patient feel like they are the only one there. The staff are, as always, friendly and supportive. At times, it seems like you are waiting forever to be seen, but rest assured, you will receive care and attention above any you might have received anywhere else.

As a new patient, I waited one hour and a half in an empty lobby with no apology or explanation. When my husband and I left at that time, the front desk person only said "I understand" with no attempt to correct the situation. What a rude and disrespectful way to treat vulnerable cancer patients. Our time is perhaps more valuable that yours!

Run your office better! As a new patient, I waited one and one half hours in the lobby with no apology or explanation. As a new cancer patient, I waited for one hour and a half past my appointment time in his lobby. I was given no apology or explanation. My husband and I left after that time. The front desk person only said: "I understand" with no further concern. What a very rude and disrespectful way to treat vulnerable cancer patients! Our time perhaps matters more than yours!

My wife has advanced ovarian cancer. We went for a first visit with Dr. Hendrixson & waited for over 1 1/2 hours without even an apology or explanation. One employee did say that he's always running behind. Hendrixson may be an OK doctor but we'll never know since we refuse to accept such rude treatment.
