I called 3x in one week. could never get them to call back. when she finally did she was rude, snippy and short with me (because Im sure my message they could hear in my tone i was not thrilled it was my 3rd time calling). Our insurance does NOT require a referral. She jumped in the middle of me talking and said "This office REQUIRES a referral, blood work, images... and she went on with a list. I told her "Ok I will do my part on my end" Because of this rudeness, her tone and how they took forever to call me back to tell me they wouldnt take me, Ill NEVER trust my issues with this Dr and office. If you get this treatment before ever seeing the Dr I cant imagine trying to work with the dr.

Today I felt heard! Dr Segar seemed to genuinely care about what is causing my list of symptoms and wants to get to the root of what is going on. He was interested in hearing about all my symptoms and even asked me specific questions about my issues and things I'm experiencing. I was very well pleased with my visit with him today and look forward to co tinge being under his care.

Dr. Segar has treated my rheumatoid arthritis very successfully. I would rate his medical expertise high. However, his office staff is woefully inefficient. They do not return phone calls and can not be depended upon to handle prescription orders and appointments correctly. Very frustrating!

Dr Segar has been an outstanding physician. He was able to diagnose what was wrong and worked with me (almost daily for a while) to adjust my medication while he was treating me. If there were 6 stars I’d give him 7! He has my highest recommendation!
