This woman is the bomb. So happy to have a competent doctor with a great support staff. I find I get better results with her than specialist type doctors . Truly kind caring soul

Dr. Carlton is an amazing doctor. She truly cares for her patients. In each visit with my family members she spends as much time as needed to make sure we feel completely comfortable with our visit. I feel blessed to have her as my family ‘s doctor.

Dr. Carlton is simply the best. She is involved with her patients, kind and knowledgeable. Her staff is amazing as well. It is easy to get an appointment and time is carefully taken with each individual.

My doctor is so kind, listens, and knowledgeable of many phases of health to include my problems with my diagnosed mental health issues. Diets given for loosing weight that I have proved really work. Amazing!!! Office help is the best also.

Dr. Carlton has taken care of our family for 20+ years now. Her knowledge and level of expertise are second to none. She has taken the time over the years to research our family medical history, run tests, etc. so she could accurately and confidently determine our complicated diagnosis for each family member. When other doctors were stumped and giving up, Dr. Carlton continued full steam ahead and was able to determine that 3 family members have Lupus, 2 have autism, 1 has epilepsy and 3 diabetics among other issues. She really takes the time to listen to what you have to say and is wonderful at explaining exactly what is going on, and what the plan is to cure/treat it. You nevet feel rushed at your appointments and never have but maybe a few minute wait time. Her staff is always very friendly and eager to help you regardless of what it is that you need. When sick and needing an appointment they make it a priority to see you that day or t h.g e next which is nice so you don't have to be waiting aweek or longer to be seen. It is very convenient that she has a lab on the premise so you don't need to be going to the hospital for your blood work. Etc which is nice and saves time. The staff she has working with her have been there for many years which make it nice not having constant turnaround and they know you and your history. They remember you and your family, etc. So your not seeing new people everytime you go to the doctors office. The office is very inviting and always nice and clean making it a very welcoming and calm place for a doctors office. It is conveniently located to several major roads and roads as plenty of parking and well lit parking lot. Everything is handicao accessible and easy to maneuver within the office. If you have any medical need after office hours she is quick to answer her private number immediately, day or night regardless of the time. She is always happy to help you in any way possible, and is always able to refer to other doctors if specialized care is needed for more advanced problems, such as at the Children's Hospital. She stays on top of every request, test result, other doctor correspondence/referral, and insurance details to make sure her patients are being taken care of to the absolute best of her ability. She is well worth every penny that is paid for a MDVIP membership with this sweet professional doctor. We would travel far and wide to continue having her care for our family. Dr. Carlton is truly a one in a million top physician and we woukd not think of seeing anyone else for our medical needs. We don't just think of her as our doctor.....we think of her as family!
