Unfortunately I was seen by this doctor the day before his vacation. He hurriedly checked the lump in my neck and told me I should wait 30 days to see if it went away. He reluctantly agreed to send me to a surgeon but failed to complete the referral because of his vacation. I scheduled my own appointment and by the time I got an appointment, a biopsy, and surgery the cancer spread to stage 4. Do not go to this doctor he is simply collecting money and waiting for retirement.

WAS VERY HELPFUL, HE REALLY GETS TO THE PROBLEM. VERY NICE DR AND STAFF. BEEN TO DR BISE A NUMBER OF TIMES, VERTIGO SINCE I WAS VERY YOUNG AND THIS DR. FINALLY DID A MANEUVER ,ALSO CAN BE SEEN ON INTERNET, THAT STOPPED THE VERTIGO AFTER 69+YRS OF THIS.THANK YOU AND YOUR STAFF.

Had hair removed from my ear drum. Every time he hit my ear drum, I jumped. The pain was unbelievable yet he continued to work in removing the little hairs. With tears streaming down my face, and him getting irritated because I kept jumping, he finally gave me a shot into my ear drum and I had no more pain since it was now numb. Why he didn't give me the shot before he started I don't know. You don't cause undue pain to a patient when it can be prevented. I would rather drive to Cookeville or Knoxville the next time I need an ENT. I would not recommend Dr. Bise to anyone.

I just move from TX where I had an amazing ENT. As a head and neck cancer survivor I need a dr I can trust when issues arise. I had to beg Dr Bise to treat me. I left almost in tears. Since I have dealt with the after effects of radiation for 5 years I have a pretty good understanding of what is going on with my throat. I was treated like I was stupid. He would only take a culture after I begged. I know what infection I have in my throat. I have the very same symptoms that have presented several times in the last few years. I know the infection is serious and could develop into something even worse if not treated ASAP. But Dr Bise wants to wait until it is proven that I really have the infection to begin treatment. I should have known that this was not the right dr when he didn’t even want my file from my previous ENT. Needless to say I have zero trust in Dr Bise.

Went to see Dr. Bise for repeat sinus infections today and thankfully finally got answers as to why. Dr. Bise and staff are all very friendly and professional however I did feel that the office could use some much needed updating. On the other hand I appreciated the feel of a simpler time that the office provided. Plenty of toys for the kids to play with while waiting 👍

Dr. Bise removed a moth from my ear 10 yrs ago. This year another month tried to make a home in my ear and Dr Bise evictied the trespasser promptly with hardly any discomfort. He's a good doctor, nice man, takes the time to explain, what's going on, and I have always had good luck and service with his staff working me in to there busy schedules. Thanks!
