Failed to communicate results of CT-scans on 2 separate occasions. These scans were paid for by Medicare, and it should be obligatory for Dr Akers to inform patients of test results.

My mom went to see him had to wait over an hour...that was okay but he spent maybe 3 to 5 mins with her said she needed surgery...left the room and the nurse was the one who gave us a pamphlet and told us to look at that...my mom is 78yrs old..that is not good..think we are going for a second opinion..
